Privacy:
Ion, Inc. respects and protects your privacy. We do not resell our customer list to third parties.

Returns: (All return requests are limited to the first 14 days from the date of sale) To return products, please email us at rma@123radios.com. Provide your order #, which product is defective, and describe the defect. 123radios.com will return to you an RMA# for you to include on the outside of the shipping package.

• Non-defective Opened Products: Ion, Inc. charges a 15% restocking fee. Prior to opening product, please ensure that the product meets your needs.
• Non-defective Un-Opened Products: Ion, Inc. will not charge a restocking fee for the return of unopened product. This means product is returned to us in Brand New condition with unopened packaging.
• Defective Products: Defective products within 30 days of purchase are exchanged through our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedures. After 30 days, defective products should be repaired or exchanged via the manufacturer's warranty.
• There is no refund on shipping fees.

Shipper Damage:
Products received that appear to be damaged due to the shipper, are covered under our shippers liability policy. Any package that is noticeably damaged should be rejected and returned to our warehouse for refulfillment.

Security:
To protect your privacy, Ion, Inc. has incorporated industry-standard secure server software (Secure Socket Layers) into sensitive sections of our servers.

We use SSL encryption technology to scramble your data so effectively that it would be virtually impossible to break into it.

Credit Cards:
Ion, Inc. accepts AMEX, Discover, MC & VISA. Your credit card bill will show Ion, Inc. as the merchant.

Warranty:
The products sold by 123radios.com are brand new products covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

Delivery Time:
Ion, Inc. ships products directly from distributors. Unless otherwise indicated, our products ship standard UPS ground. Orders received by 3:00PM Central Time are usually shipped that day and should arrive within 2-5 days unless expedited shipping method is ordered.

You will receive an email when your product has shipped.

Post Office Boxes:
Ion, Inc. does not ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses within the United States, nor do we ship to international addresses.

Sales Tax: (MN and WI Residents)
MN and WI law requires that Ion, Inc. charge sales tax. 7.0% - MN, 5.5% - WI.
