Return Policy

14-Days - Returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items must be completed within 14-Days of the order date. (Subject to limitations)

• Non-defective Opened Products: Ion, Inc. will charge a 15% restocking fee. Prior to opening product, please ensure that the product meets your needs. (Subject to limitations)
• Non-defective Unopened Products: Ion, Inc. will not charge a restocking fee for the return of an unopened product. This means the product is returned to us in Brand New condition with unopened packaging. (Subject to limitations)

30-Days - Returns for defective items must be submitted within 30-Days of the order date. (Subject to limitations)

• Defective Products: Defective products returned within 30-Days of purchase are either repaired or exchanged at the sole discretion of Ion, Inc. After 30-Days from the purchase date, defective products should be repaired or exchanged via the manufacturer's warranty.

Limitations:

• There is no refund on shipping fees.
• Opened items must be in brand new condition and must include original packaging and user manuals. Items received without packaging or manuals, or items that are damaged will be returned at customer expense.
• The following items are non-returnable: (No exceptions)
  • Media items - All electronic media including Tapes, DVDs, CDRs, Software, Flash Memory of any type and size, or any other electronic storage media for the purpose of storing, playing or using data.
  • Special Order items - May not be returnable in certain cases if the manufacturer does not allow Ion, Inc. to return item.

Obtaining an RMA# - Prior to shipping items for return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To request an RMA# please send us an email at rma@123radios.com and provide the following:

• Order #
• A description of the item, including the part number of the item being returned
• Reason for return

RMA Procedures:

• Once you receive a RMA #, Ion, Inc. must receive returned goods within 14 days. Items received after 14 days will be returned to you at your expense and will not be considered for further return.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs and should use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance as necessary.

Terms and Condition of Sale

Credit Cards:
Ion, Inc. accepts AMEX, Discover, MC & VISA. Your credit card bill will show Ion, Inc. as the merchant.

Shipper Damage:
Products received that appear to be damaged due to the shipper, are covered under our shippers liability policy. Any package that is noticeably damaged should be rejected and returned to our warehouse for refulfillment.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address information. Any UPS charges related to incorrect or incomplete address information will be charged to the customer. These fees are usually $5.00, but can be higher.

Post Office Boxes:
Ion, Inc. does not ship to PO Boxes.

Sales Tax: (MN Residents)
MN law requires that Ion, Inc. charge sales tax on all orders shipped to MN addresses. 7.625% MN Sales Tax breaks down as follows: (6.875% State + .5% Minneapolis/St. Paul Sales + .25% Transit Improvement Tax)

Delivery Time:
Ion, Inc. uses UPS as our shipper. Orders received by 3:00PM Central Time are usually shipped that day and should arrive within 2-5 days unless expedited shipping method is ordered. You will receive tracking information via an email when your order has shipped.

Warranty:
The products sold by Ion, Inc. are brand new products covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

Privacy

Ion, Inc. respects and protects your privacy. We do not resell our customer list to third parties. In addition, we do NOT send spam to our customers.

SSL Security

To protect your privacy, Ion, Inc. has incorporated industry-standard secure server software (Secure Socket Layers) into sensitive sections of our servers. We use SSL encryption technology to scramble your data so effectively that it would be virtually impossible to break into it.

International Orders

Customers shipping to International addresses are responsible for all duty and tariff taxes. Any orders that are refused delivery will be subject to further non-refundable shipping charges.
