Holiday Hours:

Our website is open 24 Hours. Our Office Hours are from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM CT. Our office will be closed Dec 25th, Dec 31st & Jan 1st. Our Toll-Free Phone # is 877-412-3738.

Holiday Return Policy:

• Unopened items can be returned by January 15th for a Full Refund. (No restocking fee)
• Non-defective Opened items can be returned by January 15th, with a 15% Restocking Fee.
• Defective Items will be exchanged with identical item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, defective products should be repaired or exchanged via the manufacturer's warranty.
• There is no refund on shipping fees.

UPS Shipping Schedule:

• We ship via UPS.  UPS will be opened for normal deliveries (Ground and Air) December 24th. UPS DOES NOT guarantee Ground deliveries so delivery can take up to 6 days.
• If you want your order to be delivered on or before December 24th, we recommend the following:
  • Orders placed prior to December 18th, any UPS service.
  • Orders placed from Dec 18th to Dec 21th, use UPS 3-Day or faster.
  • Orders placed on Dec 22th, use UPS 2-Day or faster.
  • Orders placed on Dec 23th, use UPS 1-Day.

Privacy:
Ion, Inc. respects and protects your privacy. We do not resell our customer list to third parties. We DO NOT SPAM.

Shipper Damage:
Products received that appear to be damaged due to the shipper, are covered under our shippers liability policy. Any package that is noticeably damaged should be rejected and returned to our warehouse for refulfillment.

Security:
To protect your privacy, Ion, Inc. has incorporated industry-standard secure server software (Secure Socket Layers) into sensitive sections of our servers.

We use SSL encryption technology to scramble your data so effectively that it would be virtually impossible to break into it.

Credit Cards:
Ion, Inc. accepts AMEX, Discover, MC & VISA. Your credit card bill will show Ion, Inc. as the merchant.

Warranty:
The products sold by 123radios.com are brand new products covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

Post Office Boxes:
Ion, Inc. does not ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses within the United States, nor do we ship to international addresses.

Sales Tax: (MN Residents)
MN law requires that Ion, Inc. charge sales tax. 7.0% - MN.
