is a Monthly radio rental. As
you check-out, if you need more than one radio, use the Update Qty # to reflect
the number of radios you require.
Monthly Rental
provides
for 30 calender Days of Use.
Days of
Use begins on the date the radios are delivered. After 30 calender Days
of Use, on Day 31, renter must ship radios back to 123radios.com. If Day
31 is a non-business day, the radios must ship the next available business
day. Business Day is determined by UPS service availability. Any delay in
returning radio rentals will incur daily rental fees.
Shipping
Cost - Lessee pays for shipping in both directions. 123radios.com will
provide a UPS Return Label insured to the value of the radio equipment. Simply
repack radios in shipping carton, apply return label and deliver to UPS. The
shipping expense on your order will be adjusted to reflect two-way shipping.
Shipping
- 123radios.com ships your rentals via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Replacement
Cost - Replacement cost for this radio is $190.
Damage -
Lessee is responsible for damage. Shop labor runs $55/hr plus parts up
to the value of the radio. Damage is all inclusive. Damage to radio, radio
case, clip, battery, antenna, knobs, etc. will be chargeable.
Loss or Theft
- Lessee is responsible for Loss or Theft. 123radios.com highly recommends
that you contact your insurance carrier to ensure radio equipment is covered
under your policy.
Serial #'s
- We track the serial # of each radio we ship. We must receive the correct
radio(s) back. Failure to send the correct radios back will result in additional
daily rental fees and shipping costs.
FCC Licensing
- We program each radio based on our FCC license. If you have your own frequencies,
we will program those frequencies for you at no extra charge. Please select
Programming option below and add it your order.
Agreement
- Renter acknowledges when Checking Out, that he/she has read and
understands the Terms
of the Agreement (pdf).
