CCrane conducted
a "real world" test using our new Hi-Gain 7dBi WiFi Antennas. They replaced
the antennas on a popular name-brand router with this hi-gain version and received
amazing reception on a wifi radio located over 100ft away through a wall, metal
shelves, and massive rows of inventory. This 2.4 GHz omni-directional antenna
is lightweight and well made. The large twist on twist off connector makes installation
a breeze.
Before ordering
check these 2 items:
1) Is your current
antenna removable?
Most removable antennas have a twist off base. If you cannot remove your current
antenna then it is not possible to upgrade.
2) Does your antenna
connector look like ours?
When ordering a replacement antenna; be sure to choose a connector type that
looks similar to your current WiFi antenna.
